Terms

• Supplementary charge of €30 per child under 8 sharing.
• 50% deposit required to secure the reservation, the balance of payment to be settled one week prior to arrival.

Conditions

• Cancellation and no shows are subject to our conditions.
• Check out time is 10.00am on day of departure, although every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.
• Occupation time will be 14.00pm on day of arrival, although every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

Cancellation policy

Deposits will be refunded by the owners as follows:

• cancellation 3 months prior to arrival date 100%
• cancellation 2 months prior to arrival date 50%,
• thereafter the deposit will not be returned.

Advanced payments prior to arrival will be refunded by the owners as follows:

• cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to arrival date 100%,
• cancellation thereafter will not be returned.
